SUBSCRIPTION MODEL

Recivo.ai operates on a prepaid, subscription-based billing model. Customers are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle (typically monthly or annually, as per the selected plan).

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise requested.
3. Access to the Service will continue until the effective cancellation date.

REFUND POLICY

1. Pro-rata Refunds

If a subscription is cancelled before the end of a billing cycle, Recivo.ai will process a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the subscription period, subject to the following conditions:

a. The refund applies only to prepaid subscription fees charged at the beginning of the billing cycle.
b. The unused period is calculated from the effective date of cancellation to the end of the billing cycle.
c. Refunds will be processed for the unused portion on a proportional basis.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for:
a. Monthly or annual subscription fees
b. Charges collected in advance for the upcoming billing period

a. Usage-based charges (if applicable)
b. Add-on services, setup fees, or one-time charges
c. Periods where the Service has already been fully consumed

3. Processing Timeline

a. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
b. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
c. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Recivo.ai reserves the right to:

1. Deny refund requests in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service,
2. Provide refunds outside this policy at its sole discretion under exceptional circumstances
